“Working with ill patients in acute care made me appreciate how much behavior and mindset affects a person’s health outcome. There is always an opportunity to learn to hold in compassionate awareness whatever shows up in life. Practicing Mindfulness allows for some level of acceptance and the ability to adapt to create the best possible outcome."
How my service works
I am available by phone and offer complimentary consultations so you can determine if my services are right for you.
I offer individual one-hour coaching sessions at $100.00 per session. This is payable with Pay Pal on my site (see the "Contact Me" page). My sessions are conducted over the phone or via Skype. Since I am based in San Diego, I can meet with local clients and this can be requested on an individual basis.
Each session we will explore what you want to accomplish, what has or hasn't worked, how you will implement your goals and how you can stay on track. Using mindfulness-based coaching, skills training and customized worksheets you will gain access to the inner workings of your habits. Habits are "hackable" if you intentionally bring awareness to your experiences in the present moment. This takes you off of auto-pilot mode and allows you to see clearly what triggers your behaviors, or... "Why you do what you do". You can then begin to transform your life.
